By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or using any feature of the Bucket List Found platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bucket List Found provides a lifestyle platform for intentional living, including a mobile app for bucket list management, a digital and print magazine, community storytelling features, and membership subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid membership plans (Explorer, Adventurer, and VIP) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued. The Dreamer tier is free forever and requires no payment information.

By submitting stories, photos, comments, or other content to our platform, you grant Bucket List Found a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post content that is abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

All content on the Bucket List Found platform — including text, graphics, logos, editorial photography, and app design — is the property of Bucket List Found or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Travel information, destination guides, and editorial content are for inspirational purposes only. Always verify travel requirements, safety conditions, and local regulations independently before traveling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bucket List Found shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of our platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
